  • Built on Lightspark Payments Europe’s MiCA-authorized infrastructure, live across 30 European countries.

Tallinn-based fintech Bringin is bringing euro banking to companies that run on Bitcoin. The company opened an invite-only beta of business accounts that let firms hold, accept, and pay in Bitcoin and stablecoins while keeping owner control of their coins.

Each account pairs a dedicated virtual IBAN in the company’s own name with SEPA payments and a self-custody Bitcoin wallet. Companies can add bitcoin to their treasury, accept Bitcoin, Lightning, or stablecoin payments, and pay suppliers and payroll in Bitcoin. Accounting and tax reporting integrations are built in, with APIs for automating routine work.

The custody design is the differentiator. Private keys for each company’s bitcoin are generated inside a hardware-isolated secure enclave. Bringin never has access to the raw key, and a key can only sign a payment inside the enclave after a designated company owner authenticates.

The launch builds on Lightspark Payments Europe AS, which holds MiCA crypto-asset service provider authorization and an electronic money institution license from Estonia’s regulator. Fifteen businesses are already using the beta, including Lightning payment tools, mining-rig sellers, and Bitcoin conferences, handling cross-border payments and instant bitcoin-to-euro conversions. Bringin’s consumer platform has processed more than 15 million euros.

“Companies that use Bitcoin still struggle to get a euro account and move seamlessly between them,” said Prashanth Chandrashekar, founder and CEO of Bringin. “We built Bringin to solve that.”

This is the missing middle of Bitcoin adoption. Individuals have had self-custody wallets for years, but companies kept hitting the same wall: banks that close accounts, blocked transfers, and conversions that add friction to every invoice. Bringin attacks exactly that gap, and the enclave custody model means the trusted third party holds no keys at all. The MiCA wrapper matters too. Europe’s licensing regime is strict, and building on licensed rails gives Bitcoin companies something they have rarely had: a euro account that does not treat them as a compliance risk.
