My journey began witnessing economic struggles in African communities- corruption, hyperinflation, limited banking access, and unemployment. Bitcoin’s decentralized nature inspired me as a tool for financial inclusion. I saw its potential to empower individuals, sparking my commitment to bitcoin education and Give back to the community.

Growing up, I saw families lose savings due to currency devaluation fluctuations. Later, I encountered tech solutions bypassing traditional barriers. These experiences taught me that financial literacy and accessible tech (like bitcoin) are vital for economic resilience.

Key hurdles include internet gaps, regulatory uncertainty, and misconceptions about bitcoin. Many distrust digital assets due to scams or lack of localized resources.

Content is localized linguistically and contextually. For low-literacy audiences, we use visual aids and analogies (e.g., comparing bitcoin to “digital land ownership”).

Collaborations with local schools, The Core, Trezor Academy, Bitcoin DADA, AFRIBIT KIBERA, Bitbiashara, Bitsacco, Bitsavers and tech firms providing devices.

Mobile tech will drive growth, especially for remittances and hedging against inflation. Grassroots communities will lead practical, day-to-day bitcoin use.

AIi used bitcoin savings to fund his university education it was cheap with low transaction cost. I started doing charity work also making our towns clean. Another launched a remittance service, reducing transfer costs for his village. These stories highlight tangible, Iife-changing impacts.
