Wallet of Satoshi is still the easiest Lightning wallet and of course supports the lightning address protocol. 
Simply download WoS, and you get a lightning address right when you press ‘receive’.
Lightning Address on LifPay
LifPay is a relatively new lightning wallet and it lets you setup your own custom lightning address. Simply download and install LifPay on your mobile device and create your custom lightning address.
Lightning Address on Blink
Blink is a lightning wallet made for everyday use and of course supports lightning addresses. After you install the app and register you can set your username (lightning address) in the settings.

If you don’t have your mobile device near you or if you don’t have access to any of the above apps, then coinos is your friend. Simply go to the website coinos.io and create your account. The username you set will be your lightning address on coinos. For example: username@coinos.io.
